Return and Refund Policy

Items Not as Described:
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, videos, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. However, cannabis and hemp flower are natural agricultural products. As with all plants, appearance, color, structure, aroma, and density may vary between harvests and even between individual buds.

Product photos and videos represent the current batch at the time of listing and are intended to provide a general reference, not a guarantee of uniformity. No two buds are ever identical, and natural variation does not constitute a product being “not as described.” For this reason, refunds are not issued for claims based on appearance, natural variation, or subjective expectations. 

We encourage customers to review all available product information and reach out to our team with any questions prior to placing an order.

I Ordered the Wrong Item:
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders placed in error, including selecting the wrong strain, product type, or quantity. All product images, descriptions, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website to assist with informed decision-making. Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered final.

I Did Not Receive What I Ordered or My Item Is Damaged:
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately for accuracy. Any shipping errors or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box and all packaging, as these must be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be filed if packaging is discarded. Please email yaga@yagafarms.com within 2 days of delivery to report damaged goods.

Undeliverable Package:
Any order that is refused or deemed undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping fees. Undeliverable packages include those with incorrect or incomplete addresses or when the carrier has made three unsuccessful delivery attempts. If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense. If reshipment is declined, a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will apply.

Seized Packages Policy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the products ordered are legal to receive at the destination address. Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. If a package is seized by local authorities, a refund will not be issued. The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
