Refunds can only be accepted for products purchased directly from YAGAfarms.com.
I Received an Item I Did Not Like:
We understand everyone has a unique palate. While we hope everyone loves our farm products, we recognize that some may not. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, don’t worry! You may request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date. A 10% fee applies to all returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To return merchandise for a credit or a refund, pre-approval is required. Please email sabrina@yagafarms.com for a Return Authorization Number. After receiving authorization, please ship your package back within 3 business days. Items not received within 7 days of approval are not eligible for a refund. The product will be inspected to ensure that no more than 1g is missing and that it is our product prior to issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be available to the original payment method within 14 days, depending on your institution.
I Did Not Receive What I Ordered or My Item Is Damaged:
Upon arrival, please check your order for accuracy. Any shipping errors or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. If you receive damaged goods, please save your shipping box and packaging, as they need to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items if the box is discarded. Email our customer service at sabrina@yagafarms.com within 2 days of delivery to report damaged goods.
Undeliverable Package:
Any order that is refused or undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges. Undeliverable packages are considered those with incorrect addresses or where the carrier has made three delivery attempts with no one available to accept the package. If an incorrect address was provided at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense. If you do not want the order re-shipped, a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charges will apply.
Seized Packages Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to check all local laws to ensure that the products are legal to be shipped to the address provided. While we do our best to comply with the law, it is not feasible to stay up to date with constant legal changes across all regions. Please ensure you have checked your local regulations before placing your order. If a package is seized by local authorities, a refund will not be issued. The customer assumes full responsibility for complying with all local laws.
